Condo Townhouse Rental
Ten of us would like to set up a company to buy investment property pooling our money. How do we do this/?
Right now it is very difficult to get a loan from a bank or mortgage broker. I would like to form a company with about 25-30 investors that would each put in $4,000-$5,000. This company would be able to buy investment properties like townhouses or condos for rentals. There are so many fabulous deals out there right now, it is the perfect time to buy. I already have 3 townhouses. One of them is mine and I have partners on the other 2. We have a great working business model and we net a very good profit. Our goal is to own about 10 of these units over the next 2 years.
How would I go about setting up the company and how can I find investors?
Right now we have an LLC.
