Free Contacts For REO Listings

This is the needle in the haystack.

Free information on asset managers and listing companies accused is very rare. You find all kinds of seminars on how to BPO, establish a curriculum vitae and so on. That information is all over the net. What I really want is  the contacts in the asset management companies. People who can make direct contact to and get all that good information you’ve learned in those other places. You will not get your wallet out for this though. All information is free, BPO shows, phone numbers, emails and addresses in some cases.

The only way to succeed is that if you are the real agent get the assignment.

But these are the particular people who must be contacted to obtain the listings. You can register with the asset management companies “every day, but you are not on the current list of asset managers when they need new agents who missed this booking. Some of these companies are handling properties of Fannie Mae. As some of you have heard, Fannie Mae has outsourced the management of their assets.

If you are sending resumes to companies, make sure these guys get them, and send it often.

Make phone contact. These boys and girls receive hundreds of emails a week. Your mail can become buried in the pack if you just email. Call, email and call again. I’ve talked to several but unfortunately they do not manage assets in my area. Maybe can they help some of you though.

Taking the REO list is not as complicated, just talk to the right person.

If you have experience in property management, make sure they know. They always will be someone more closely with the administration of assets falling under the belt. That’s what we do after all. The sale of the house is just a bonus for them.

For those of you who make the earth a mission of one of these contacts.

One of the first things you have to do is an interior BPO. Make sure to properly handle the initial BPO. Review and make it as comprehensive as possible. Be sure to take photographs of all parts of the house and be as specific as possible with your estimate of repairs. Be especially particular about its pricing strategy, show that you have a good idea of the surrounding market.
