Graebel Moving
Anyone ever heard of Graebel Van Lines?
I’m planning on moving cross country and looking for a moving company. I’ve been doing some research and I came across a company that has very good reviews but I have not heard of them, they are called Graebel. Apparently they are a nationwide van line.
Has anyone used them? Are they good?
When my husband got out of the military, we moved from Kentucky to Maine. A local company from Louisville came and packed out things for storage, and five months later Graebel took them from storage and delivered them to us in Maine. We had a lot of broken and missing items, but I do not think it was Graebel’s fault. The company who packed us up, was very shady (even drinking on the job). The men from Graebel who delivered our things were very nice, efficient workers. They even delivered in the middle of a snow storm, but did not complain! As for our damaged/missing items, we filed a claim and Graebel sent someone to assess the damage and we were cut a check within a couple weeks of the assessment. Even though it was not Graebel’s fault, they had to pay us becuase I guess that is the way it works with the military. Anyways, my opinion is Graebel is a reliable, trustworthy, easy to work with company. Hope this helped. Best of luck on your move!!
