How much is an old vickers sewing machine worth?
My friend has just moved house and found one in the garage. However it has active woodworm and he wants to know if it is worth treating? Other than woodworm it looks in good condition. The only number we can see is 105572, but we can’t find anything online about it other than the history of Vickers which would indicate it’s got quite an interesting history behind it.
Can anyone help with an estimated value of it?

Your best bet is to take it to a localised dealer in machines or an antique specialist. To be honest, I don’t think it has any real value as so many were made and are still about other than to a specialised collector, which again, I doubt you will get much for it…Sorry!!
