Owner Condo Rental
What if I break the rental restriction rule of the Condo Assoc.?
I am trying to buy a condo in Atlanta area and most of them want owner occupancy and have restriction on rental (waiting for 1-2years). What is the consequence if I break that rule? If I buy a unit which has already tenant in it, do I still have to abide by that rule?
you may have to “simply” not extend the lease of the tenant.
if he is month to month, you would have to give him a
30 day notice to leave.
if any part of the condo assn rules bother you, DO NOT buy there!
i dislike most condos because of their bloody rules.
