Judging by the way the message is written, it’s a phishing scam. Don’t reply to the phishers behind this illegal activity. Forward the fraudulent message with all of its headers, unedited, to phishing@cc.yahoo-inc.com, spam@uce.gov, and 419.fcd@usss.treas.gov. Then get it slapped with the spam mark and thrown in the garbage.
